Did you know there has been a change in our attitude about food… and the ‘low fat, high carb’ message we are used to hearing may not be the best advice.

A study in 18 countries “PURE” study actually showed that total dietary fat is associated with LOWER total and cardiovascular deaths, while higher carbs intake was associated with increased total deaths!

We should certainly be avoiding refined sugary foods… and perhaps some more healthy fats are good for us.

So what are the healthy fats?  We consider olive oil, avocado, fish oils to be among the ‘good oils’.
